I have jus started the game so I’m not too sure does this usually happen ?
- can’t log in to channel
- quest npc not there
- quest can’t continue due to npc can’t be interacted with

well, basically a lot of quests are broken and some NPCs are missing too. Last patch gave us rank 8 and a bunch of bugs too.
Just another typical patch day on Tree of Savior.
ditto. can’t proceed with main quest on my rerolled character 
Main char : Quest item didn’t appear.
Another char : NPC didn’t appear.
Badaaaaaam…
