Does anyone know how to obtain this item? Is it even obtainable anymore?
I suspect that it can be rewarded by a party quest. Thus far, I haven’t been able to find any information on this item or a rewards list for party quests which is why I ask for a confirmation. Thank you in advance.

Thanks. Do you remember which event it was? My guess was the Way of the Pirates event, but I don’t see it there.
