Anyone from SEA not transferring to Telsiai? Why?

Sure, if the SEA population is from multiple countries Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia etc then I think english will be a common language. If it’s dominated primarily by 1 country then that national language may be used a lot like tagalog or indonesian. Maybe a few more players from SEA will comment :open_mouth:

Edit: on the other hand I might get to learn some tagalog =D

First you guys want a SEA server, then you don’t transfer there. Sounds stupid.

Ping is one of the most important thing in this game and also the ability to do dungeon runs and guild activities together at good hours. Staying on an American server is just going to make the future harder for you as the playerbase dwindles.

You won’t be able to do dungeon runs when it suits you, but you have to do them when it suits the Americans and you will have a high ping as a result.

Being a low level noob below 200 it’s fine to not care about the ping, but come higher levels and harder boss fights and dungeons you will cry when you die repeatedly to hits you dodged on your screen.

I hope you rolled a Cryo or Psyko, because you’re going to need to lock every mob down since you have no chance of dodging their attacks come late game.

Well I haven’t started playing yet, so it’s not a transfer issue. And I have 80 more ping in the EU server than in SEA. As I’m located in Asia between Singapore and Frankfurt kind of, my time zone also could play with people from both areas (at least central/east europe). Ping wise SEA is better, but I don’t speak the popular SEA languages, so I’d rather deal with higher ping but have a community I can interact with, than the other way round.

SEA people use english
unless they suck old man balls in english, then they use their local language

im more concerned about the population, hopefullt it reaches a healthy number of players

Random dude from Malaysia here.

In an online community, it’s more likely that we’ll converse in English rather than any other language unless the opposing party has been identified and approved the use of a different common language agreed by both parties.

The gaming community which I’ve joined is headed by a Filipino and within that community, we have players from all over the globe. Main language used is still English and not Tagalog, though they will use it sometimes when speaking with their own countrymen, but we pay them no mind and reminded them to use English. It’s just a mutual respect thing for other players.

It’s fine to be proud of your national language, even more so to use it. But make sure to remember that we’re all in a mix community at the moment and it would be better to use a common language where everyone understands each other.

This, most random stranger in SEA will be using if they actually have something to talk to you. Just don’t get offended by random other languages and you will be fine, their conversation is not directed toward you anyway.

well i have 200ms in Klaipeda, dodging is fairly easy. Ping isnt that much of a problem for me. That is why I have a dilemma.

playing with 200ms ping mean you can’t play some classes with full potential.

-Atk speed buff will be useless in general (Chronomancer’s quicken, C3 Quarrel shooter,…)
-Chronomancer’s backmashing not work with high latency

since i want to try pvp and guild war, I WILL TRANSFER
also I want to try machinegun build which seem fun

but i also will create new team in klai if SEA server full of toxic players ( usually it is)

If not for the better ping I wouldnt have filed a server transfer… SEA’s toxicity level is just too high. I can already see all the dramas/world chat wars from different guilds.

Ping is everything for me.
I enjoy to “watch” how the ktos players dealing damage without any delay.
And by myself… 2 normal hit = 1 damage appear. Very annoying.

I can’t wait to enjoy low ping by myself!
