It’s very minor and my fps is always above 60 but it becomes quite noticeable.
Giving this a bump, I didn’t really want to post this in the bug section as it seems to be a hardware issue.
OS - Windows 7 64bit SP1
CPU - i5 4670k @ 3.4ghz
GPU - GTX 650ti 1gig
RAM - 8 gigs ddr 3 ram
Motherboard -Gigabyte Z87X-D3H
HDD - 700gb Seagate (this HDD is rather old, having to use it to replace a WD Black that died out on me)
