Wanna check if this happens to others.
I finished two 190 dungeon runs just now but in the second run, I was not able to get the Cerebus cube, is this common? I’ve walked around the area for like 1 min but still nothing came to me.
Is it helpful to send a ticket nowadays? I’ve heard that IMC staffs are lazy and not responsive to tickets at all, can someone also confirm that for me?
I am not hoping to get back my cube but just write down a thread for a mark.
UPDATE: sent a ticket and got response back. As expected, they won’t grant me the box, but the reason they say is just shitty---- “it is unfair to other players in the community”. What do they mean by unfair? I just want to get my lost cube back, they call it unfair?
Maybe from now on I should video all my dungeon runs.
