Anyone decide to ragequit?

Well, that was a long journey from the first day i saw ToS, got hype, iCBT1 and iCBT2.
I made a lot of new friends on this forum too, i really enjoy play this game and still wait for OBT, and chance to play with my friend who can’t attempt in CBT.
But 50$ is kinda a high price for me, and if i can affort it, i don’t think my friend willy to buy it.
3 months is too long, since there is many more games are coming: Lost Arks, Overwatch,…

I don’t know i should ragequit or not, still can’t decide, maybe i can buy it after 1-2 months, but i wanna ask some old friends on this forum, you guys will pay or still waiting for this game?

I liked this game and played A LOT in Closed Beta, it was around 300 hours is 3 weeks. But with these news I wont play this game anymore, for sure.

Waiting until June 19th is ok, but my hype surely lose when other games come out.

I too will wait and see what happens until June, that is, if no PS appear from the depths.

I am thinking till mar 22. I don’t mind, really. But I would like to enter when I have some friends with me =p

Im torn. I want to play but they have made a lot of changes i don’t approve of and a lot of my friends probably wouldn’t pay. However if they added like 2 friend invites to the 50$ i would probably do it if i could bring some friends. However my current thoughts are no.

As someone pointed out, 600TP is apparently $45, and I was planning on buying TP anyways. So, I am going to be paying the $50 to play March 22. If I wasn’t already planning on giving IMC my money, I would probably be waiting until June 19th to see how things pan out for iToS.

I wouldn’t mind the $50 for like a week early entrance or something but for 3 months early? Wow. I rather wait for June 19th, only if they keep it interesting as it goes.

Filling in the gap with some other games. Heard there was a Luna Online Reborn.

Am currently making angry noises and debating this over and over until IMC hopefully rescinds this terrible stuff and gives us better news.

I’m just watching for the storm to pass by for the time being.
3 months is just ridiculous, The price is alright but not for what it is offering after such a long wait. Considering “OBT Soon” Suddenly Founder’s server soon. At this rate IMC is not really being transparent about this.
Though after those 3 months pass I might as well spend the money on more skins for league, get dark souls 3, anticipate other better games out there etc.

It’s quite fun watching the forums right now to say at least!

Each to their own on the choice to pay it or not.

Shouldn’t judge the player who decided to do it or not but more towards IMC for making this foul play on us last minute and expect us to be happy about it? If they keep this payment plan regardless of the feedback they are getting.

Paying or waiting is frustrating nonetheless. For shame IMC…

actually i will have to reconsider if i play this game or not, and i already played 360 hours on icbt2 and more than 300 on korean server.
I really like the game but the pay2win stuff on korean server and the lack of CAP on equipment upgrades have me worried as that is a big pay2win door to be exploited later. (just exactly as it happened with RO)
Im not liking the moves of IMC, i will have to keep watching. Will probably end up playing at least a while, but already saw some “bad moves” that certainly have damaged my hype on the game.

Cuz we dont get any infos on what is new / changed / fixed / etc. i’ll wait and see if it is even worth to pay 50$. But to be honest, i dont know if i even play this Game, if imc is going the path of “there will be the chance of server transfer on 19th Jun.” i wont play it.

I’m also still undecided wether or not I will play this game due to the founder’s pack.

I’m usually not one of -those- people when it comes to things like this.

But, I just don’t feel like this is a good outlook for the game when this is what the company sees as a good idea for stepping it into the foreign market.

I’ll probably just stick to FFXIV for now and join ToS if Closers never gets here.
