I bought 2x 100 TP packs.
I redeemed one fine, and the 2nd one just stays there.
I relog, same thing.
Is there yet another hidden restriction where you can only redeem one TP pack you buy per month so you have to buy the $30 one or something?
Cause I wouldn’t be surprised now at this point

I think its more likely to assume for whatever reason the game doesnt accept 2 items of same kind, the founders packs were all different and I dont recall such topics at that time, yet there are many people with issues redeeming 2 packs at the moment.

I said I got one of it fine, the other is just struck there and when I click to use it, it pops up to confirm, I click yes, and nothing happens, its just there.
Hopefully it’s just temporary. I’m experiencing the same issue wherein I bought 2x 100 TP packs as well and cannot redeem the second pack. It’s getting quite frustrating, how could IMC not have seen this coming?
and now the pack is just gone and missing.

this is not the issue. you need to go read the News as well.
the entire reason that the new TP button was added to the game is so that they could get around the “only 1 of any given DLC can be used” issue.
the TP Bundles are treated by Steam as “in game items”, not “DLC Bundles”.
re-count your TP total.
if it’s wrong, file a ticket instead of complaining uselessly here in the forums.

We are aware that there is an issue with redeeming multiple instances of the same TP bundle and are working on resolving the issue.

I bought 1x 300 TP pack first time its been more than an hour and i did relog and still nothing didn’t get it yet
did you… open the TP window and click on the “USE” button?
did you… make sure you bought the TP for the correct region the SERVER is in, not just the cheapest one/ the one where you live?
eg, if you play on SEA server, you may ONLY buy the SEA TP packs.
if you play on NA servers (Orsha and Klaipeda) you may ONLY buy the NA TP packs.

i did buy for EU and im in EU server and opened the window and clicked USE but didn’t get anything yet
sometimes it happens. try again now, and if it still isn’t working, file a ticket with support.
