Haven’t heard much of it as of late, has anyone caught any news or information regarding this matter?
It’s in one of the official threads from the past few days but basically if there is going to be a localized version in a country, it’s getting IP blocked. I think it is:
“Korea/Japan/Taiwan/Indonesia/China”

- The users from territories where we have local partners will be
restricted from purchasing from the Steam Store and login to the English
server.
- The following territories will be restricted. “Korea/Japan/Taiwan/Indonesia/China”
- As for Taiwan, we will make a separate announcement soon.

Ah good, it’s just your friends. Would’ve been disappointed if you were IP blocked; this server wouldn’t be the same without the forum’s drunken cat.

Looking forward to server’s opening and if ever my friends really will pass up on accompanying me in iToS then I guess I’ll join your crew if you’re willing to let me 
Many of us played kTOS without any problems. There was no ipblock from imc/nexon. Most likely there won’t be such thing in iOBT either, so chances are if your friends can get steam account registered in appropriate region with TOS in library they will be able to play just fine (but they better not reset the region in steam settings). This is against the terms of service though so if anybody asks I didn’t tell you anything
