I was planning to try ToS again after more than a year. After logging in and picking a server, I got the Game Access is Restricted error. Tried contacting support and they told me that my "account was found to be violating the terms and conditions of the game resulting for your account to be permanently banned."
I tried asking what this violation could be and support said they cannot provide such information.
I hate when support does that shit, it happens everywhere…
advice, PM a staff member directly and try to post as much evidence as you can of your innocence…
also, keep your cool and be polite and stuff…
