Any sign of rank reset for free?

Hi, I stopped playing some time ago, but I’m really interested in test the overpowered for PVE: Bullet Maker + Enchanter.

I really tried to reach 1000 points to reset a useless Shinobi + Corsair that I have, but it take too long, specially because if you have messed your build you will have problems to find a party that accept you to some events, and to other events, there is not much players playing the game to dungeons below lv 330, so you need to be shouting for people to come to play dungeons for example, so I give up.

I just want to know if I passed something away, like a rank booster, event, or something.

I know there is a paid rank booster DLC to buy, but I think is unfair pay to reset the class.
With so much classes in the game, there is no way everybody do the right build right on point.

You can purchase a class point scrolls from the tp store which gives you advancement points.(not to be confused with dlc).

You can do in game content to farm for advancement points and sometimes events give some reset stuff for free too.

Alternatively you can just level a new character and choose whatever class you want from there.

Leveling is extremely easy now and it’s super easy for established players to make a max level char in a few days while a completely new player might take 1-2 weeks or so, meaning it doesnt take much time at all.

I’d advise you to just join an active guild too as that is the gateway to getting into parties for things much faster. You don’t need to do dungeons if you dont want to, leveling via questing is much more efficent.

In terms of the “right build”, that is purely subjective and you can play literally whatever combo you like respective to your base class tree. So it would be unfair to mention that.

Archers and scouts might be getting a class reset vouch or some advancement points for ep11 due to sherrif/arditti/matross/tiger hunter classes. At least this was what was done in ktos.

I find it funny how ironic life is, I get ton of shit I got no use for including resets points that will hopelessly expire cause all my characters are full and I cant trade them at all…

The game showers you with stuff, I just wish all expiring items were fully tradable, I mean the darn thing will go to hell anyway, just let me give it to someone that truly needs it instead of wasting it :unamused:

Next time I get a Rank voucher thingy I cant use I will think about you TC :pensive:

Or you could quit for a month(if you can) and you’ll get free rank resets

This makes me think that this useless character is not high level, so the easiest is to simply delete it and restart from scratch. Don’t waste ressources and money for a rank reset voucher.

A couple of suggestions to solve the issue:

Uphill
Make a party by yourself, enter Uphill and wait for the mobs to kill the torch. 2 minutes + 30 sec to go out and you’ll gain 10 reset points (weekly capped at 100)

Dungeons
Once more, make a party by yourself and enter lvl 50 dungeon. Go straight to the boss for another 10 points in 1 minute. (daily capped at 30)

Fishing
10 catches for 10 points. (daily capped at 10)

All these activities in addition to the login will gives you 415 reset points per week while investing 5 minutes per day even with a useless char.

In addition, if you normally do Saalus, swap your crappy char at the last boss to get another 15 points per day.

The remaining content needs you to get carried, but check if somebody is still doing Mercenary dungeons (let’s say for Ithildin).

As soon as you can reset Shinobi with BM, everything will be easier (since Corsair can be part of the BM > Ench build)

Thank you. You gave me a new perspective, exactly why I created this thread.

If Uphil points work just with it, it may be worth try reach 1000 points.

BM appear so overpowered, that I get a new hype to try it.

If you click the (?) in the advance info tab > image

it will give you a list of things you can do to earn points, prob you can use it to plan out a quick way base on your play-style…
