Any shadowmancer job change quest guide?

im not asking the costume… im asking about how to access the job change… so if it means a quest… does someone have a guide i can follow on?? thank you

[Advancement]

  1. Get familiar with the shadows inhabiting the Library Annex Roof at the Taniel I Memorial.
  2. Ask the Chronomancer Master about the shadows. She is located in Stele Road.
  3. Go to Rasvoy Lake as instructed and meet the Shadowmancer Master to start the advancement!

ive done that partthe hard way of finding out the 4 parts of gathering shadow hahahha any tips?? the 1st one already annoyed me ended up stress eating
