Someone in facebook group told that he used the items from the DLC, deleted the DLC from steam and bought again, don’t know if it still works.
i tried that and it didnt work. I wasted another $9.99. It can’t be refunded.
I need a reset pack so i could fix my messed up toon. I haven’t played for 6 months and wanted to play again, but i don’t really want to play my broken character. I need a reset pack
With the update of Adventure Journal you will be able to get one rank reset and I think they will be adding more rank resets in the future.
I aint playing the game til then, that’s if i’m still interested though.

There is something you can try.
When you delete the dlc from steam and rebuy it, it actually gives you the same key and that’s why that doesn’t work. However, what if you delete it and then gift it from a different account to your main?
Haven’t tried it, so not sure it will work. Try at your own risk.
i did that too, used my brother’s account and tried to gift it to myself, didn’t work
and i tried to contact support for a refund and i got denied. As of now, i’m done with this game unless i could get a reset in the future.

You have to ask for a refund on steam, not IMC. Give it a go…

I did that then steam wont give a refund and redirected me to IMC.
my char is almost lvl330, and i aint starting over as a cleric again, hell no.
It isn’t as hard as you thought tbh. All you need is level 50 to start dungeon, and buy some megas using free tps to shout for dungeon runs.
Few hours a day solely on dungeon runs, saalus and mission will bring you up to 330 in a week or two.
I got one 330, one of 20. Hi is mess up, a lot of, and i will not EVER delete, 2 simple reasons:
High atrb points, a lot of quests done in it.
I have the same case of the little brother above, but i have receive refund, just have to send to steam and say that i was sue them for not giving me a refund Hahaha
