I played years ago and wanted to know iäf it is worth coming back now. I quit because there was no meaningfull content at that time.
So is there something worth coming back for or maybe something they want to add in the near future.
Maybe look at the news section of this website? We have lots of things happening in iTOS, most of them not bad-ish. The latest update will be held on Oct 29~30.
As for the next, some “insider news” tell us about big things devs are developing in the background. It is said that the update is really big they dare enough to call it TOS 2.0. Of course as with any other rumors (?), take it with a grain of salt.

Definitely check the latest news out. Your build might get buffed! I forgot to tell you they’re planning on abolishing attribute learning duration so we can learn them instantly without token. Something to look forward to, right?
if you just came back, then no. It’s still gear-dependent PVP with most of the people you face are those same people with enhance lv 16 - 21 and even 26 with +11 armor set and trans level 5 - 10 on all gears.
