Maybe because of class nerfs or some new class introduction, like what happened with Miko… or any other reason… Is there any sign that it might happen in KTOS? Or maybe I shouldn’t hold my breath

there are so many mistakes made, rank reset could help, but black knights still say its not fair, its useless and you should just reroll.

Then 2 weeks after you get the second rank reset voucher people like you will ask for another because they also made a mistake.There is no end of you people mistakes,every time you get a reset there is always a bunch of you asking for another one and another oneJust need to live with the consequences for now,however I am sure we will give another one in the future.
It’s so easy for you get to lv 200+ in 3 days,even if you go to school,work and have a family to take of.Leveling in this game is super easy,moreover the Level up event makes it even easier to reach high levels in a sort time.

Good luck on the rank reset and I am sure they will add another one in the future.
But the topic wasn’t about me so dunno why you are focus on me. Nevertheless, I am not the one with the issue in the game so why come at me at all,unless I press a button and you got triggered.
All I did was state that is not hard to re-roll now and especially with the Level up event and the Candy event which I forgot to mention.You can even get leech from level 1-100 in 5 hours and easy get to lv 200 within 3 days.
Don’t get mad or offended and if you are I am truly sorry but less focus on me.

I should also say that I am very happy with my main character and have no qualms with using it just as it is, it’s a cleric c2 diev c3 oracle PD c2.
But in a game like TOS, in which you have an actual TREE full of class choices I think it’s perfeclty natural that people will make mistakes, we are not all PROS, you know, I’d assume any reasonable person can see that.

Why is everyone so emotional and hurt over a video game / forum lol.You don’t have to read what I wrote if you don’t like lol,just don’t get triggered or stress over it.I only gave my opinion on how rank reset is not necessary needed now with 2 events that helps you get to lv 200+ fast regardless if your a new player or a vet making an alt.
I guess people get triggered lol when you hit the right spot and where there is some truth to it.

They should sell rank resets or make it available via quests ingame. The faster IMC realize players hate rerolling to fix mistakes the more players TOS will retain.

This was already discussed so often it makes me speechless to find yet another topic.
People who haven’t played a P2W-MMORPG don’t know what they say when they ask for the box of Pandora to be opened.
If Rank Reset became readily available it would basically result in the following things:
- Mass-discrimination because of non-meta
- Class hopping instead of pressuring IMC for changes
- an excuse for the developers to deliberately make/leave some Classes useless
- power-leveling for Whales or questers by making meta-builds -> level to cap -> get Rank Reset -> change to build x [and guess how many people would change to a less-efficient build, especially since they know that level cap is between 500 and 600]…
if it costs $$$, even worse, could lead to some horrifying experience as within Dragon Nest from level 40 cap until level 90 cap, where Classes alternated from being good to being mediocre at best to being overpowered to being useless because of constant and random adjustments.
People were forced to buy jobchange scrolls just to participate in cap content (Dragon Raids, Hardcore mode nests) unless they had top gear&friends who carry them.
Moderate giving-out of Rank Resets is ok (1 per half-year/year and account seems ok, or after a huge update hit [Rebalance coupled with new Rank 9 e.g.]), but having one available for every character you make is ridiculous.
We already got some Stat- and Skillreset potions, that should be sufficient until we know more about IMCs plans and the future of TOS.
What IMC could do is introduce a rebirth system where you can restart from level 1 but keep all your bonus statpoints you earned + your attributes. You’d be forced to relevel your character and redo all Class changes again, but with the freedom of other Class choices on the way.
That way mass-discrimination and whaling could be avoided while also removing the “need” for some people to reroll.

Classes like sadhu had been useless since release, as if the dev cares

I would agree if IMC rolled out mistake causing changes just as moderately but they do it ALL THE TIME.
This right here is one of the most (if not the most) incompetent suggestions in the history of suggestions in this industry. Why would ANYONE chose to relevel a toon and lose all the perks involved with that toon for the same result as rerolling? The SAME RESULT as rerolling!!

What about the people who have been playing for a long time and have more than one character that needed a reset? Delete and remake a lvl 280+ character?
Yeah it’s much easier to level now thanks to double exp missions and dungeons, but people put a lot of time into those characters prior to changes or rank 8 being added.

Who knows but all I know is that once we get another one we will get more threads like these asking for another one and so on LMAO.There is a way of getting skill and stat reset potions yet people are still begging in game and forum to have free ones because is too expensive for them to buy from the cash shop.Just imagine how expensive the rank reset would be if they decide to put in the cash shop and how many people would still want it free and make threads like these XD.
When it comes to resets in general there is no pleasant people even if you give it to them for a price.I can imagine Rank reset to be like 2k or 3k TP LOL…
Stat Reset potion is 990 Exchange Medals and you get 200 exchange medals for about 300 TP so the stat reset potion would be about 1050 TP give or take.So Imagine the rank reset price if they put on the TP shop 0_0.
Stat reset is about 30 mil on the market and 900 TP NA is about 109$ LOL so about over 300$ for rank reset.Of course is this all assumptions but I doubt rank reset will be cheaper than stat reset.

I don’t see how asking on the forums that would have the highest chance of getting a response from the staff is ‘begging’ or ‘whining’. To me it just sounds like you’re trying to rouse people for whatever reason only you know, I suggest finding a hobby.
But anyways @sad_boy2k16, the game could use another reset voucher given out but if we don’t get one on the 1 year anniversary doubt we’ll get one until we get some major class changes.
