I did not play in the first ICBT but was there any european servers back then? Will there by any servers for ICBT 2?
If not, how bad is the delay for the ppl from EU who have played the game already?
Trying to figure out if its worth spending a whole month on the game or not. I remember trying out NA-RO and couldn’t stand the delay back then.
nearly no delay for me, but i’ve got a good isp with sick routing…
May I ask what country you live in? Was there any way to check your ping while playing?
germany, i’ve not seen any way to check the ping ingame, u could ping the servers tho, i guess
I might be lucky then since I live very south of Sweden with pretty good connection. Thanks for the fast reply mate.
just for ref. i’ve got ping 8-12 to the eu.west LoL servers and on most cs:go servers i’m arround 5-25 ping, if that gives u any idea where u could end up
I have around 22 ms pinging to eu.west but that is probably because the server is in Germany. When I connect to a cs-go game I have around 5-12 ping when the game-server is located in Sweden, else it’s usually around 25-45 ms.
I guess the game would be playable for me 
eu.west league servers switched to the netherlands afaik?!? but yeah, u prbly wont even notice the delay if anything its super minor
Since they’re going for a stress test with anyone registering allowed into beta, it’ll be interesting to see how the servers cope with the numbers.
Oh haven’t played LoL for a while now, just pinged through their IP, you are probably right about the server-switch.
99% sure the servers will go down for emergency maintenance within the first hours of the CBT 
Well it depends ^^ since it’s a closed beta with free registration in a due time period, monday they will know how much people can be online at the same time if everyone was connected at the same time. So they can makes additionnal preparations to help the server having less problem at the start. But yeah it’s like an in-between between CBT and OBT so there can be problems when we see how many people are subscribing to the CBT already and making the website having some latency/crashes ahah ^^

Well yeah it’s always almost like that, the first hour is the worst too ahah
Australian from iCBT1 here, Lag was minimal/non-existant except for basic attacks, skills (sometimes) and enemy attack hitboxes (sometimes).
If you do a melee swing and then your character swings a second time right after, you’re getting some lag so make sure you attack and dodge a little sooner than you would normally.
How big was the game during 1st iCBT?
Filesize? Windows tells me its currently 4.74GB but it’ll be bigger than that in iCBT2 due to being brought up to the same level as kCBT3.

I do hope there is an european server, with the amount of people interested in the title here I see no reason not to have one.
