do you have a build up to corsair or are you starting now with your goal been corsair?_?
I think the path is important to know what to focus on

i just want to buildup overall power
currently using +6 220 sword and +12 mana2
i feel like pistol is my main damage (aoe)
i have 2-3 practonium stocked for this char (but i don’t have any mats for purple/orange now)

I will be honest. I did lot of test (upgrading weapons), and if you have a chaplain in the Team, you will be number 1 using only swords, is really one of the best HitPerMinute of the game, because with blessing you meltdown any mob/boss, but without priest c3 on the team you only will do fast weak hits forever.
So, pistol is better on the end game, dont depend much on bless.
But I prefer 10x more use sword/dagger, because is what I like.

if you want to go ET you can go aspana first and make it to t7 atleast then get abdo.
For Corairs its a tough choice.
If u can only afford 2-3 Practonium u should definitly go Pierene Sword/Purple Hunting Ground and Aspana Revolver.
Aspana Revolver is so strong in its own (Stat Wise, the dmg and sockets) No way around Aspana, in my opinion.
While Pistol Shot is very very strong it also has a long CD, which is a downer, and u wont use the Attack Value of ur Pistol other than Pistol Shot.
Ur Mainhand will go a long way with Cleave -> Double Slash Combo. Hexen Dropper, Dust Devil, Cyclone (in ur case)
I went the way and got my Abdochar first. (Im Shinobi so Double Slash is very big dmg for me for Bossing)
Got my Aspana Revolver after Abdochar (Well used a +11 Manamana until than, which is a great weapon and carried me long)
For me it went fine that way, cuz Abdochar helped me a lot farming Kugheri Symbhanis for my Aspana. (Also farming Kugheri Lyoni Horns was super easy and didnt took me longer than 4 days)
If u have both weapons i would say go for higher Enhance/Transcend on Aspana, but dont neglect ur Mainhand.
Pistol 60 - Sword 40
In case for weapons:
Aspana (Get this weapon, its soooo good, no alternative)
Abdochar > Pierene Sword (Well not a big difference between both, Abdochar is orange and will get higher enhance values, thats why i went for it)
Also if u dont wanna a waste a Practonium on a sword u can go for Purple Hunting Ground (This is what i would recomment if u dont wanna go for Abdochar)
At the end of the day i finished with
+11 Abdochar Stage 6 (3 lvl 7 green gems)
+11 Aspana Stage 6 (3 lvl 7 red gems)
Next time i got enough shards i go for Stage 7 on Aspana, after that Stage 7 on Abdochar and so on.
hm Question, why a pierine sword?
i don’t see that being a good combo for Corsair. i have much less seen a tank type corsair that was good on defense.
[i get it , it increases your survival, but normally you want dps with abdochar, no ? ]

U clearly didnt read everything i wrote. Cuz i definitly said that i would recommend getting Purple Huntign Ground Sword over Pierene, if he cant afford Abdochar (cuz of the amount of Practoniums)
hm no, i did read it, i think i forced my opinion there without thinking cause personally i wouldn’t choose to craft a sword that requires less practoniums to get my ideal sword. [ you know, cause farming 20 millino silver is not easy.]

Pierene is much more accessible than orange weapon. It is better to have the highest upgrade on pistol than sword. So instead of going abdochar which is the costliest, might as well use the money to trans your pistol. Weapon damage difference is only 500 with both pierene and abdochar at +11 trans 4.
Even Pierene is a waste, better use HG weapon then trans them into 10. By the time rank 9 comes here you can just dismantle the weapon without worries and extract the shards.

+11 orange = +16 purple
+11 purple = +16 blue
seem like +11 orange worth invest unless i can get +16 purple
(base on my luck and average calc)
i’m interested in hg sword (3-4socket)
but it’s very rare on my server (few blue 3-4s, almost none purple in market)

Not useless but no longer the BiS. Solmiki weapon is actually a rank 9 weapon, it will be as strong as rank 9 orange weapons, then IMC will also include a rank 10 weapons in rank 9 patch but would require tremendous amount of effort to get, like lolo weapon on Rank 7 era, Solmiki weapon on initial release of rank 8 patch. In-order to farm a rank 10 weapon, you will need a solmiki or rank 9 orange weapons to farm fast not rank 8 orange weapon. For me it’s better to trans a disposable weapon like HG weapon to avoid the agony in the future because farming solmiki weapon is doable with just HG weapon, then dispose the HG and trans your newly acquired solmiki. Solmiki weapon will be more accessible in the future, we will likely get symbol to skip previous floors or anything convenient that could skip those floors.
