Any changes in UI creating small to descent freezes

Bug Description :I got this problems with TOS UI. When something on UI changes - have small or descent freezes. Pay attention on bottom left screen where you can see quest progress. When digits changing - have freezes. And everything works like this, even achieving silver.

Ah… Not so visible on video.
Have a feeling like while (may be LUA) calculating changes for UI, something stops render or whatever stepping of game.

There is a whole news about optimization on quest request with the server, and the patch is for today, and this problem is one of the main it’s supposed to be corrected.
