Please kindly share or enlightened me of what are the skills you pick of current patch. I am mostly play PVE, and farm mobs.
My stat is full STR.
What are the skills you guys take, especially for Barbarian Class.
I am really not sure, if I should take Frenzy skill.

Dopples are rarely used for farming.
On swordman circle 2, Maxed out Gung ho and Pain barrier, for obvious reason. Max restrain too. Take bash to 3 for it’s attribute. The rest is up to you
For me, I rarely use skills other than Dopple’s, except for Bash lvl 3 and Cleave, so all others skill for dopple is up to you. Frenzy is beneficial for begginers, for those who don’t have high transendence weapon. I suggest you take it to max. Warcry is beneficial for longer debuff duration, so maxed it out too.
I take cleave 15 because I don’t have other options where to take the skill points as I already said, the other barbarian skill is useless when you have full skills on dopple. You can take Seism to max or pounching. I rarely use them both.
For Dopples skills, I take redel and zornhau maxed. Zucken at 6 for it’s attribute. Zwerchau and Sturtzhau maxed. But for Zwerchau, you can take it to only 1 for debuff reason.
Some people take DOV maxed, but I don’t take it at all since it is useless for me. Punish at 1 and the rest I give it to Tornado. Tornadi is still pretty good for me, not sure about other people are saying.

For barbarian. Full of interesting skills. Storming kick lv15 deal aoe x5, massive dmg with x5 wild buff (overheat x3 with 36s cooldown, isnt bad). Embowel is nice ultility lv1, pvp-pve. Or pve-pvp combo Helm choper-cleave-Seism can reach 250k dmg eazy. Pouncing can skip or put lv1 for ultility, Giant swing is for aoe archer, magic mobs, it deal aoe-massive dmg (giant swing is bugged in pvp. Fck IMC). Warcry, frenzy im not recomment for this build, too much buffs-> bored.
For gay pvp annoying, max all stuns skills. pvp for swordman, its really hard to land a combo. Try to use 1 hit deal massive dmg on enemy with huge aoe.(Storming kick x5 wild buff)

Yer, Stomping kick at lv.5 + wild nature 5 stacks deal 100k + without cri atk. and good for DPE too since it is one hit kill skill. One stomping kick on mobs at pytis forest with DPE activate, then it double drop Leafnut tails many time.
