A standard path for a PvE Wiz. Comments, suggestions, and reactions are welcome 
Pretty standard. Skills look good. Due to all the nerfs the extra points on Reflect Shield could be spent on Energy Bolt for tap casting, or kept there in hopes for future buffs.
I think Iād take 2-3 points off Meteor for a little more on Hail. Those extra levels in Hail make a big difference in damage.
Build is good.
