I’ve copied all files from other PC which can play but still appear this problem.
The game cache button on Steam has also clicked.
just change the code you can play it is work
steam/steamapps/common/treeofsavior/release/release.revision .
then change the code number to 148158 then done !
It was 148158.
That method is for xxxxxx_xxxxxx.ipf failed to download.
But not work for animation failed to download this time.
any administrator seen this?
i still meet this prob even if i re-install my os.
