Are the different animated login screens we had for some time now available for download somewhere?

The animated login screen is not any kind of gif or video format type so you cannot extract it. I tried do datamine sometimes and all I can get is the static image only.
It will be cool if IMC upload these animated things to wallpaper engine but I doubt they would do it
