Anastazija Exploration Gimmick Quest Bug

When the error happened(Date, time, location) : May 2, 2018 6PM Philippine time, Fedimian Town

Steps to reproduce the issue : Do the quest again and Adventure’s Token piles up and can’t submit the token.

Description : I am unable to submit the Adventure’s Token to Anastazija since I have duplicate of it. I was on the map to get the quest item but i was knocked down by monsters and accidentally got 2 quest items. Now I tried to do the quest and got another Adventure’s Token and still cant submit the item to Anastazija.

I already sent a ticket but still no reply for how many days already.

Please help me.

Please could you at least let us dispose a quest item and throw it or let us sell it in NPC shop to prevent this bug?

I am unable to continue my exploration quest because of this.
