When the error happened(Date, time, location) : 08.40 AM Server Time, 14 March 2019

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Apply to Guild
  2. Go to Character Setting
  3. Select Character Again
  4. Suddenly already in guild
  5. Trying to use Guild Chat, but won’t sent

Had this happen to a friend of mine. They couldn’t see themselves in the guild list and couldn’t chat. What happened was they asked someone who can expel members to go to a channel that recently crashed like klai ch1 and kick them from the guild. It was fixed after rejoining the guild.

In the Guild Menu, myself and the guildmates can’t see my name in there. so i can’t leave by myself or get expelled by member who got those role…

The one who has the permission has to go to a channel that recently crashed. I don’t really know how but for some reason, they’d be able to see your name once they’re there.
