So I have a swordsman around level 76 and I just can’t seem to kill fast enough to satisfy my needs. Am I doing something wrong or is it just part of the game’s progression?
Really depends on your build.
I had a 1x swords 3x highlander 1x squire.
My damage didnt really fall off until 140ish.
Right now i’m sword man 2 hop 1 using stabbing/pierce from hop for my damage while using hoplite buff for some damage gung ho and concentrate from swordsman to enhance my damage a bit, and using pain barrier and restrain whenever possible.
One nice thing to do is to search for +5/+6 weapons of level 75 on market. They are cheaper then upgrading yours. Just search level 75 weapons on tosbase, some of them do much more damage then others.
From my search on marketplace 75 weapons +5/6 cost anywhere between 130k and 200k on Klaipeda server, at least for the better 75 weapons.
did you maxed the attribute?
Gung ho will take a bit longer, as for concentrate, I think its about rank 20 or so. I have put these as top priority. Ofc I won’t be able to train them every time I get due to sleep and such, but when I am online Ill be pumping them up.
Well, it’s hard to tell what might be wrong from the information you’ve given.
In my experience I’m killing things just fine. Im a swordsman C3 + barb LV100. So i only have 3 dmg skills (double attack, helm smasher, cleave). But I’m clearing the questing maps quite easily.
The problem might be your progression path, since the game doesn’t do a good job of telling you which zone is most ideal to hit next.

P.S. save the cash on upgraded weapons unless its cheap. I only use up to +3. I think dagger unlocks at 120 so there’s also that unless your already 2 handing
You might be correct there perhaps I went to a “bad” zone during leveling and skipped a few quests here and there, used EXP cards at bad times, then again I could just be over thinking this but I can say this: After I got spear lunge, it seemed to help a bit with cleaing, though I am still using a level 4 spear I think, it picked up a bit compared to earlier.

I was only auto attacking till i got Sword C3 and Double Attack was a wet dream. Getting new stuff rocks.
I’d think you would be annihilating stuff with maxxed pierce, stabbing, and now lunge. Especially since multi hit skills is where it’s at.
Also, maybe you just hit some maps with mobs that were strong vs pierce dmg, not sure.
Oh yeah if anyone can answer this question for me that would be great. How much money do you get past level 120? Mainly looking for income from dungeons, grinding enemies or quests, just not sure how much I am looking to expect at later levels.

I honestly don’t think swordsman C3 would end up being worth the rank used to get it but thats just me.
Depends on what you’re doing I guess. I like stun locking, being immune to certain effects, and critting things with double attack.
Trade offs for sure. I don’t get Barb C2 for seism, or frenzy.
