- Increase attack speed (animation)

- Cooldown: 16 -> 10

Helm Chopper, rework:
- Hit count: 2x 299% -> 1x 299%
- Increased total damage by 60%: 2x 299% -> 1x 478%

Frenzy, rework:
- Cooldown: 70s -> 60s.
- Attack per Stack: 1.5% -> 2% Increase.

Pouncing, rework:
- 144% for 0.5 seconds -> 200% for 0.2 seconds
