That’s what I’m hoping. 4 slots with a game like this, with soooooo many build opportunities, is a little crazed (kinda like 2 servers on exclusive launch, right devs? ^_-)
Here’s hoping it ends up something reasonable like 20-30 TP for a new slot.
I can’t find any infos about team level.
So i bet team level will be related with charracter slots.
How about the pets? Hoglan takes a slot too. I wonder how he contributes towards team level.
How about both 
once you max your character slots you will still have the option to make a new one and it will just ask you to buy a new slot.
I can’t cite this so don’t quote me but I was told by my friend that increasing your team level allows you to purchase bigger barracks and then at that point it will naturally hold more characters.
Again… I can’t certify this.
I spend 35 TP for an additional slot for my little partner. I think a new character will cost you more.
Anyone knows what to do to level up your team?

Yep I have 4 characters + pet. Was charged around 33 tp to expand lodge.
To increase it further than 4 slots you need to spend 33 TP. The price is the same for every new slot after 4 (I have 7 slots).
Team level seems to only increase your xp. It increases by (level - 1)%. Do at Lvl 5 I get 4% increase.
