I am a bit late but here:
You didnât mess your pc, it just refused to boot Avastâs boot scan because itâs not âregisteredâ as âtrustedâ on your secure boot.
if you want to run avastâs boot scan you can deactivate secure boot on your setup at start up.
secure boot is a functionality that block some things from booting on your pc, as there are boot viruses, it protects your computer from those.
But if it was blocked by it, it doesnât mean that itâs a virus.
It blocks a lot of things.
Usually UEFI compatible computers have secure boot.
