Almost at the quiting ToS decision

Hello,

I supported IMC and ToS for a long time now, not only trying to help the community but as well with MONEY. The results are just bad. I send tickets and just get answers that dont really solve my problems.

The patch notes are just bad jokes. They keep adding things and the bug list fix is very short. Premium items are a huge list compared to bug fix - its worse than a bad joke they add dungeon reset ticket when you cant even get in one!

Yesterday i just gave up of my dungeons/missions runs - why would i ever need a reset ticket if i give up of trying to join a dungeon!!! The patch we got broke alot of bug previusly fixed, and still we have no asnswer about that.

The linkers are broken! The gameplay in PvP is just another bad joke. There is no balance of teams or even skills. They add up a patch and everything changes or rollback and all ur job put on characters are useless after the patch.

After the patch my charcters skills keep failing and leaving my character stuck in the same place for the kill.

Since there is no team balance, they could at least let us build up our team? So we stop gettin teams of 3 or 4 against 5 ? Or ranks 5’s against ranks 7’s? Or even a full team of clerics?

Those problems without answer are just exhausting. Its not fun anymore.

@flashdeathone true enough, we and my friends also supported TOS for months even though there are lots of bugs and exploits going on, we even supported their DLC products as well, we even encourage people to play but it came to the point since the last patch that ALMOST EVERYTHING WAS BROKEN, and it just keeps on getting worse,

  • items lost/missing/invisible
  • cant do dungeon runs
  • time on events are not suitable for other people
  • TOS.exe not working / crashes
  • skills / characters get stuck/can’t move for some unknown reason
  • some… and i emphasize SOME or ALMOST ALL what they said on suggestion to fix some broken stuff DON’T APPLY TO ALL PLAYERS
  • no team balance (as mentioned above)
  • ALMOST NON EXISTENT GM’S
  • SUBJECTIVE BOT BANNING
  • TICKET and SUPPORT SYSTEM ALMOST NO SOLUTION
  • ALMOST (AUTOMATED) ANNOYING TICKET REPLIES (replying with same phrase or sentence as if almost automated, NO CONSIDERATION AT ALL)
  • TP COMPENSATION buried and almost all people just forgot about it
  • IMAGINE ALL THIS with just one simple annoying reply from those so called GM’s -----> “Please send us a ticket”
  • etc and many more

I just got tired of getting a ticket and It just came to a point that this is just called “WASTING TIME, EFFORT AND MONEY”.

ALL this problems since CBT up to present, IMC just made their name [I]mpossible [M]ost likely [C]ant do.
