I’m deeply bothered that every single character in the game is a lefty… I mean… How weird is that? It would mean a lot if we could choose that, specially since it isn’t hard at all to implement.
Tell that to all the Thaumaturges that crafted their magic around how Left hand is always damage and Right hand is always defense. You’d turn the world on it’s head just because it doesn’t suit your culture, Gawd. So selfish.

Well, attacking using a dagger (right hand) is much faster than a spear or a sword, so I assume that’s cause my character’s right hand is used for “special purposes” in bed.
Gotta keep the vasoline and glove on hand I see.

@RISKorRIOT Dude, WTF? it would a be a feature much like how we can hide the display of hats, it would change nothing about spells. And yeah, 99% of ppl from my “Culture” are right handed, and yeah, it bothers us. So what? I shouldn’t complain? Wait, i can’t complain if something bothers me? What kind of world we live in?
Let me spell it out for you. I don’t live the right way, and you don’t live the right way. We all live our way together with everyone else. When you put silly complaints up, you’ll get silly responses. It’s already been said that it was changes for aesthetic purposes. Still, it’s extra work that does nothing when IMC has gigantic issues to deal with otherwise.

Aesthetic purposes my 4ss. I applied mirror effect to the base sprites and it looks pretty much the same with weapon wielded with the right hand. Also these sprites look almost the same ( with updated graphics ) than the ro1 sprites, and they also wielded weapons with the right hand.

You don’t make someone right handed by flipping the image. If you look at the resting poses, and most of the combat poses. They would not look nearly as well done with things in the other hand.
If you take a look at how staves work and look, you’ll see what I mean. Yet, still, you may not understand it.
These also aren’t “Sprites” They are 3d Models. They have animations, you are literally asking IMC to redo all animations so you can have something in the other hand because it triggers you.
The game, right now, is a mess filled with poor decisions. Making everyone left handed is one of them, and there is NOTHING you can say that will make it go away.
I can say that you can’t handle real life and you should probably have a lobotomy. And you know what, that’s okay. I don’t need to change your thought process. I’m very happy with my own.
I’m a paying customer, i’ve bought the 3 dlcs packages, that makes me entitled to my opinion. If something bothers i can ask them to change. I’m not a little cu.nt like you that takes everything with his legs spread open and asks for more. It bothers me, i want an option to change it. You don’t like my opinion? Awwwnnn so sad… Maybe if you go to the bathroom and slit your wrists the problem will go away.
Lucas, you have really hammered home the point of how arbitrary the complaints of the community are and how ridiculous their demands. Of all the things to be upset or offended by, this is definitely one of the most meaningless.
It is absolutely true that no matter WHAT a company does, there will be those who find something to complain about.
So you’re offended. Who cares? Nothing happens if you get offended. If you’re so deeply offended, stop playing. If you want to grow up and stop getting upset over something so utterly meaningless that does not affect you or your gameplay in any way, then play.

No, We are all paying customers here. And you also have to think of the security of the game. You are literally trying to get IMC to drop everything because you have a phobia of people who are primarily left handed for some silly reason. Not only that, you either can’t stand promiscuous people or homosexuals because you have to resort to using that as an insult. All I said is your don’t have enough brain mass to compete against a moldy loaf of bread.
I don’t care for your opinion, and your opinion hurts the game overall. So it really isn’t I don’t like your opinion, but you feel entitled to have your opinion listened to, and acted upon. Have all your silly opinions, like being a right handed elitist, most likely homophobic, and that you are king of the world. Woah, awesome! So now wanting my character to hold his weapon with the right hand means i have a phobia of left handed ppl! Incredible! So i bet every single game out there that have characters wielding their weapons with the right hand are made by companies that discriminate agains’t left handed peopple! And so is every game/movie/book out there! Living and learning!
