you unpack the whole thing on a test char or something you lose them.
Yeah… already lost my hats (though, admittedly, I couldn’t care about those).
This is exactly why I don’t touch exp related items until I hit 3/4 of the max level.

You can’t, and since the very nature of a respec pots is to use it probably at endgame, its weird you have to decide beforehand which char are you going to mess up in the build, or if you use it on a test char, you lose it.
They just need to allow to transfer those pots between your own chars.

you can. Just select one item and claim it. There is no need to push “all” button.
It’s a single item, a box, you can’t open it before giving it to a character, then you open it and you get the pots, etc.
Why didnt they do an assortment of items like in that compensation letter? Makes no sense.
Yes, makes no sense that we cant trade them via Team storage, after all we paid for it, we should be able to choose the character we want to use it on.
