Because… there is absolutely no reason not to add this in. You can already do this in premade parties, but you cannot do this while in auto-parties.

in ktos random party could match from different server.
they made skill unusable to prevent money transfer across server.
i guess they just use the code from ktos and not bother to fix (aka add more bug)
