Just as i stated in the topic, all my compensation in the mailbox is missing after the temporary maintenance. GM please check on this problem and reply to me asap, my first compensation will expire tomorrow and i want to claim them now

can you help me tag the GMs please, i tried to shout in the game but it seems none reply to me. And i got the rank reset but it’s the dg reset and the exp tomes that is missing ( the 1 we get from those temporary and extended maintenace last week).
You all might get it back tomorrow after maintenance…

I didn’t retrieve my instance resets and was replaced with an EXP TOME. Doubt they will give them back, with all these crash chaos going on. GG. Accept it bruh.
Previous compensation expiration is on 15 Jan 2017 but the game shows it in YY-MM-DD format. They really should use something less ambiguous 
.
GM’s only exist here in forum where they tell you that they look into things or that you should check integrity of your game files.
Ingame - none.
Btw: Check integrity of your game files, according to IMC this fixes every problem. 
I claimed and used mine already but I believe I’m entitled to a 2nd rank reset as compensation for OP’s losses. Thank you.
