I wonder if it’s normal that I don’t have all the letters of the devs (exp & tome dungeon entrance “reset”), they gave them for server problems , maintenance, etc…
I had kept all to the true game’s release, but that I see , you have all them removed.
It’s normal?

Those letter have an expiration date. Usually players have 1-2 days to redeem compensations. If you didnt then you probably didnt need them at all.
