Bug Description :
The Alchemistic Missile skill works properly when using rod without rod mastery attribute or when using a staff.
When using the skill with a rod and the rod mastery attribute the tool tip showing the skill charging is faster but the skill will not fire when it is at full charge.
To get the skill to fire with a rod and rod mastery you actually have to hold down the button longer than with a staff or a rod without rod mastery.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Make alchemist and put a point in Achemistic Missile
- Equip a rod as your weapon
- Get the Rod Mastery attribute
- Attempt to use the Alchemistic Missile skill
