After maintenance ( 03.12) alchemist skills sprinkle sp/hp stopped working (with sceletons). They restore sp and hp only for your party and summons and dont restore hp and sp for self

wow this really happened. This bug happened before the patch too but rarely. I just laughed hard when an aoe spell centered around me ‘missed’ but attributed it to a delay in server response and my current location since it spiked when I was casting the skill
