I’ve been trying to complete this quest to get c3 but besides being incredibly hard, I cannot find a way to get to Inner Wall District 9, it says it’s to the right of Inner Wall District 8, help please.
There is a moving platform east of Zemyna statue. Get at least a cleric to clear that 25 devil thing lol.
Ok now I get 2 shotted by ranged magic mobs, cannot advance class unless in full party I guess, IMC’ed.
use shouts, its not difficult to get a team to do it, just try to get a sage and a cleric c2 and you are good to go.
I have the same problem, I can’t solo Inner Wall District 9 with my Alchemist. I have no one to party with, and I’m on Orsha, a.k.a. the empty server. 
I haven’t seen any of your shouts looking for help with the quest though c:
