Agny Necklace not working with Quick Cast +% damage attribute

Bug Description: Agny Necklace’s “Deals additional damage when casting Fire property magic” does not work properly with the Quick Cast “Magic Damage” attribute.
Quick Cast’s attribute should increase all magic damage dealt by 50% and it only increases fire spells damage by about 10~20% when Agny Necklace is equipped.
The character who has experienced this issue is a Wizard c3 Pyromancer c3.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Equip Agny Necklace on a Wizard c3 Pyromancer.
  2. Cast any fire skill on anything to register the damage dealt.
  3. Cast Quick Cast with maxed “Magic Damage” attribute.
  4. Re-cast the same fire skill on the same thing the first one was cast. The damage variation will be much lower than the 50% increase that Quick Cast’s attribute is supposed to give.

It is not a bug, quick cast is additive with agny

Thank god that ■■■■ doesn’t increase so much damage with Brokagny.

It stacks additively with agny. So, you get like 16% bonus damage depending on skill.
