Bug Description :
Uh Aggress skill gem description reads that it gives a +1 skill bonus to bully, I put it on my dagger with a bully gem thinking I could get lv7 bully. But doesn’t work 
the aggress gem gives a level to aggress.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Waste silver to buy the gem
- Waste a slot on your weapon by equipping the gem
- Get stuck with a gem you dont want on your weapon anymore since its a big lie
- Make a bug report thread on it
