Just came across someone asking if it was allowed to have either more than one client of the game running (obviously I told him no), and another question where he wanted to know if he could have more than one computer in the house running the game (obviously yes).

You can’t tell if the other player is flat AFK and someone else is just boosting him (or even running back and forth between computers to move the other person)

Hardware Software combo based multi-broadcasting (KVM switches) can violate the ToS, but detection in hardware only implementations would be difficult.
