After the Massive Banhammer, There's Literally Nothing in the Market

So a lot of bots/cheaters got banned right? If they had items posted in the market prior to the big banhammer do their items stay in the market? I’m in SEA server and I can’t buy anything in the market aside from arde daggers? I have a hunch that items of bots/cheaters got wiped as well?

Well, we have tons of ardes and tokens but it used to have sissel, karacha, battlebracelet, gladiator, rapid bangle, windrunner and some 170 violet/blues.

Aren’t those rare stuffs acquired by boss hunter players.
I don’t think the ban of lv 1-100 bots as much to do with the lack of rare in the marketplace.

On orsha there wasn’t any viper recipe (lv200 dun drop) last week, now I’m seeing 5 or 6.

Not surprise if some of those “veteran” players are botting themselves. Some came from kToS and are well aware of what bots to use/ abuse to be done.

Information = power.

It’s a bit weird that this happened in SEA server. Orsha and Klaipeda probably has less than normal amount of items on market because lots of people are preparing for the server transfers. At least I stopped using market already to make sure that my transfer won’t be prevented by some kind of bug happening when buying or selling stuff.

It happens, even on Klapeida there were days when you don’t see any highly demand items on the market. Just chill.

Well, this applies only for the Klaipeda and Orsha servers, but some people might not want to engage in market activity four days short of the server transfer process.

I made some rules for myself to make sure everything goes smooth for my transfer:

  1. Leave party after every session.
  2. Don’t buy or sell anything on the market.
  3. Don’t do anything stupid that might in any way result in bot reports, just in case.
  4. Don’t spend much TP, don’t trade untill the transfer is completed.

… because, u know, just in case. Better safe than sorry - this game has had it’s bugs and I will not risk my transfer for something I could also do after the transfer.

If only everyone behaved like this regarding this matter. How many threads do you want to bet there will be about people crying their teams weren’t transferred?

My guess is 3 threads at least

Three is far too less. Even if IMC includes automatic party and guild kick and resolution of all market transactions, I bet there will be at least 10 posts of people who just didn’t enter their transfer request in time (including the claim that annopuncements were not clean enough), plus 5 of those who somehow entered the wrong server in their ticked and are now f***ed. However all those guys will not see their own fault and blame IMC for ruining their gaming experience that they “paid for”.

The sad thing is that I’m not even exagerating, I totally believe in those numbers. Also… yeah guys… you can call me “white knight” now, I can bear it.

BUT back to the topic: 30 hours have passed since the maintenance and bans, but I guess we will see the full effect of the bans on economy after this weekend?

Don’t forget everybody who argues the date is the wrong format.

the thing is goldsellers immediately buys the low priced item and resells them. so even if they don’t have the capacity to farm high tier bosses, they’ll have the most of the supply because they have the buying power. resells them 3x a few days after.

They don’t resell them… They simply remove the lower priced item to raise the price, so that they can sell their already available stocks.

You can’t resell item in this game anyway.

you can if it’s a recipe

No, recipes can only be traded once, just like materials.

The best they could do is buy the recipe and resell the created item.

3 would be considered lucky, I predict at least 30 if not more.

yes, that’s what I’m talking about, buy recipes and craft them.
