I remove all add on and still not work.

And I not install chat extend.

try to use the japanese version of addon manager. I removed all - not crashed. Installed many addons (including extend chat) - crashed when entering town. Remove extend chat - working now. I suggest you verifying the game client for sure

So who uses WINE to run the game, because you know it just do not run on linux or MAC , now is 100% impossibilitate to play?!

It’s not due to addons, at least not solely.

Here is the jTOS addon manager. Work well on iTOS, especially the Guildmate Kai addon - guildmate addon without any bug.

if you haven’t installed any addon yet, better don’t install to avoid bug. About the arranging file problem, I didn’t meet it on my computer. I need teamviewer to see what happen on your computer…

I don’t know if this has been addressed already among the several threads that popped up after the maintenance - I can’t even start patching the game (even prior to the temporary maintenance) due to api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll being not found. The only addon I use is warmode, but even after removing it the problem persists.

You need to install KB2999226 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2999226/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows).
It’s best to do it via windows updater, do it manually only if the former fails.
