After storage problem from 27 aug 2016

this is my first forum, i set this topic because unsolved problem from IMC staff and distorted answer i got from the ticket answered
From server maintenance at 27th August 2016
server Telsia
Team name Farah Character Farah
In that day after server maintenance, the storage content went wrong and made the item show wrong content like this
The token 60 days --> shown as TP 330, and Stat reset potion -> shown as 198TP
and there’s a short maintenance to fix the problem of storage
after that my item go from 330TP -->30 days Token , and Stat reset goes normal
so i lost my Token 60 days and got 30 days instead


I tried to sent the ticken to get back ANOTHER 30 days, this was the answer of IMC staff

We apologize for the confusion it may have caused you. The 60-day description of the Token is actually a text bug wherein it should be a 30-day Token that came from Founder’s Server: Exclusive Access 2 DLC.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Should you have any further concern, please do contact us again and we will gladly help in any way we can.

Tree of Savior Support Team”
But i have tried to explain that the token 60days come from Exclusive Access 1 DLC
Here’s your answer
“As we have mentioned in your previous ticket, the 60-day description of the Token is actually a text bug wherein it should be a 30-day Token.
If this is not the case, please do contact us again with further details.

May be show them you purchase the pack1DLC?
They might be confuse it with pack2DLC.
Did you buy both package?

C’mon IMC, this is NOT fair at all. Something must be done. At least say something? Please don’t ignore your customer.
