After Rank Reset, I've lost R7 level 2-10 of class exp(I'm Level 258). HELP!

Bug Description :
After done the rank reset up to R7, I do not see my R7 level 2-10 class exp compensation of exp. I’m a level 258 Plague Doctor.

(As you can see, it still shows Class 1 when it suppose to be Class 10)

Hello, if you read the info properly

you have to be either class level 1 to lose nothing
or class 15 to take it all back
^ before you use your reset voucher

anything between will be lost.

It looks like you did not read the patch notes carefully. I apologize for your mistake but there is nothing IMC could do, and no they cannot ‘just reverse it’ or ‘just fix it’ etc. Please let me know if you need any help reading texts in the future.

You will have to learn this lesson the hard way. ALWAYS read carefully the instructions before doing anything in this game.

haha… then… no choice d… have to create another one… although another reason to quit this game as well.

why create another? You could always just grind back. Just that your lvl will be higher

i still have many maps not clear… probably i nd to run back to it.

you would still run there in your new alt. at level 258, just go to storage, you are a healer, it should be easy to get a party.

same thing happened to me :sob: R7 rip class level 12
i didn’t check the instructions twice, i might have missed that info where you need to be class lvl 15 :rage:
but oh well, i still have 60lvl10 exp cards :triumph:
no need to quit bro, just quest or grind it :smiley: be positive
lvl10 exp card gives like a ton of exp for you to get it back again
