After pressing start on the launcher

After i press start on the launcher, the game start only showing a white screen, and after a few seconds, it closes itself. tried restart computer but nothing is happening, please help

HELP US PLSSS. I tryed everything, reinstall game, update game again, delete patch files, c++ reinstall and direct x, update windows, restart pc, new drivers AND STILL AFTER PRESS START BUTTON WHITE SCREEN

this launcher error has nothing to do with graphics card as if it was just that the game would not work even once , this is called lack of optimization is a bad programming work , it is a shame to have passed 24 hours of open and still not have an update before this error.
