After playing magic classes, I feel like physical classes are useless?

Both swordies and archers recently received huge dps boosts in ktos

Buff yes, huge no. You get like 150 extra attack damage at level 280

Archer’s don’t really need a buff, some of the trees do, but overall, they are fine.

Swordies on the other hand need a complete rehall

Make Taunt a Swordie 1 skill. Remove these knock backs/knock downs on bosses. They are pointless, and just punish swordies even more.

He should be banned? Maybe, but probably not anytime soon especially when there’s handful of people here who think they’re doing god’s work by crying about anything and everything, all day, everyday. And by crying, I mean sh*t-posting.

Wugu and fletcher are in a good spot. The rest could use some help. Scout 3 is not seen much due to the horrible grind using low circle attacks, but on paper could keep up.

I am a little concerned about how few positive posts there are. Like the FFXIV forums had some complaints but for the most part people posting screenshots, sharing their game experiences, making friends… had trolls and bait posts still and those bait posts would often result in a perma-ban (from the forums, not the game) if you took the bait.

To be fair Flan, the FFXIV forums suffer from the opposite problem that many popular forums (like the LoL, or WoW) as well as ToS, do:

Its swamped in legit White Knights and heavy forum moderation (censorship).

There are definately a lot of people who just post for enjoyment and fun there, but anything remotely negative gets met with massive backlash and because the forum limits are really strict.
(can only post 20 times per day, as well as a max character limit for each post)

Most of the baiters were these same White Knights, and they would go around baiting anyone with complaints (as well as suggestions/feedback) and getting them banned.

Those forums are the most toxic forums I’ve ever been to. Atleast on these forums and most others, most posters wont try to mindtwist you into getting banned when you post a feedback thread.

But I also wonder if the issues wrong with the game right now just spark too much negativity with player experience making it impossible for people to feel “good” about playing the game.

Unfortunately that is mostly the case, yes. But it is also due to not enough positive posts as you say. The fewer positive posts, the less the positive posters will want to post them.

Just like oppositely, on the FFXIV forums all the insightful posters only post in joke threads now, because they dont want to be bashed by White Knights for speaking sense.

I too would like to see more positive posts here. But on the same note, I dont want to turn the forums into ‘‘speak 100% good of the game or get banned’’ as it is in FFXIV.
