This error is from Runtime (Framework), VB I guess.
A “DLL” file is corrupt in your folder game, you try to modify/replace any dll file?

Anyway… Use the file verification from Steam.

i did the verification but dont works,
i dont tried to modify dll, sometimes the game open but i need to try to open like 30 times,…

its boring everytime i go to play i need to open close 30 times

i have had the same problem like you. Several days ago after patch/updater processed (100% -Service), the updater closed itself and no any responds. It happened so many times and I tried to do something like reboot, verification and so on. Finally I reinstalled TOS and didn’t happened again.

But unfortunately few hours ago, when I tried to enter LV 90 dungeon, it suddenly game crashed and the same ■■■■ happened again. NO FKING RESPOND. This time I reinstalled but useless and now I am trying to fix dll problem. hopefully it would work this time.
