After almost one month waiting on my ticket, the answer I got is probably an automated one, they probably didn’t even read, so I’m posting here now, let’s see how long it will take to be answered by the staff.

Description : I traded my Cat Ears for 310 Dilgele with the player Makoyomi, and when the trade was complete, I noticed that 310 of my dilgele was Untradable. I checked the last update’s patch notes and it says: " if even one player does not have a Token activated, the traded item will become [Untradable] after the trade.". With that said, we can imply that trades between 2 players with Token enabled won’t change Trade status of the item traded, and since both me and Makoyomi were Token users, those Dilgele should remain Tradable, not Untradable.
I hope you can fix it for me, otherwise I will have 310 useless Dilgele with me…

Please be informed that once the item transferred through team storage or purchased on market, the item now will be untradeable.

As described by me, the Dilgeles weren’t transferred through team storage nor purchased on market, they were traded between 2 token users, so I’m still waiting for an answer by the Staff.
