Lure the boss to the guy that is afk.

ive seen some new addon or hack that moves them close to boss but they cant take any dmg . i was the tank and trust me i did everything i could to kill them and as soon as last boss died they instantly char selected
Edit: oh and to clarify moves them to boss. it teleport them close to middle of boss room
