Advice regarding new mage

Hello there, after a few months without playing I decided to start over. I have always played archers so I have 0 experience with any other class, because of that, I need help with a new mage that i’m trying to create. I took interest in Rank 8 Sage since the reveal, and even though we don’t really know anything about it yet, the appearence and concept of the class seems really cool to me.

Besides that I would like to try a Rune Caster, so here are a few questions:

1 - Do you need a special quest or class order do be able to get Rune Caster?
2 - Is it really needed to build Cryo (Rune of Ice) to make a good rune caster?
3 - What are some good build options for it to work?
4 - What are your opinions on this builds:
Wz3 > Cryo1 > Psy2 > RC1
Wz1 > Cryo1> Psy1 > Chrono3 > RC1
Wz3 > Psy1> Chrono2 > RC1
Wz3 > Cryo3 > RC1

Yes!

Up to you purpose, what do you want at RC!?

Wz3 > Cryo1 > Psy2 > RC1

It’s good, but you should consider Warlock instead of psychokino2

Wz1 > Cryo1> Psy1 > Chrono3 > RC1

You cannot build this right now, Chrono 3 take your rank 5-6-7, while RC take your rank as 5.

Wz3 > Psy1> Chrono2 > RC1

What is your main idea with this build?

Wz3 > Cryo3 > RC1

Can be used in Team battle leaguage, its good. I encounter 1 guys like that.
Or go full Int, get a Monk friend, create Icewalls suit to Monk’s EB: boss slayer type.
