Date and Time : After all the server transfers

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Everywhere
Bug Description : The Adventure Journal Ranking list is now mostly filled with empty names and points. I’m assuming all these people have transferred servers but their points remain in their original server. The statues in Klaipeda also doesn’t exist for these unnamed people. It’s not a major issue but just wanted to let you know.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Press F4 in Orsha server

A question I have is that is the Achievement category max level at 3? My currently bar says 1415/330 at Level 3.
